Best garage door company in Minnesota. Carson did an amazing job along with the installer!!! My husband works in HVAC trades and he gets to hear about good companies and bad companies. We are so happy that we were told to call Elite Garage Door. We know it’s extremely hard to find good companies these days just because salesman may be great, but the installers are not. I can say without a doubt every person we had an interaction with from Elite Garage Door was by far better than any of the other companies that came out. We needed 1 garage door replaced, but we wanted to see more options because there’s two garage doors on the house and we wanted them to match. Carson was able to come out promptly and looked over the garage door and walk me through what he was saying. My husband was on his way home and Carson said he didn’t mind repeating himself and gave a fair assessment. When my husband Dave showed up, Carson walked him through just replacing the one door and said he could give us a price for that. We asked Carson to give us an option to do just the door and an option to do both doors with both garage door openers. He was able to give us Estimates right then and there to do everything or just the one door. We did let him know that we had other companies coming, and we would be in contact with him. Every company that came out seem to be argumentative, arrogant, and most of them are wanted to speak to my husband as if I was incapable of understanding what it would take to replace the garage doors. I hear a lot of stories from my husband about how different companies operate with selling tactics, lying, talking bad about other companies, manipulative, and walking through the house with their shoes on or even worse when taking their shoes off, and I could see the moisture left Behind with every foot step (Gross) and I was blown away how true he was. Carson put shoe covers on and treated me the same as he did my husband. The most interesting part of all of this was the fact that Elite Garage Door was cheaper than all the other companies. I doubt it. This is an every case but ours they were $1200 cheaper than the lowest estimate we received. my husband made it very clear that his expectations that the price does not change and if the work isn’t done to his expectations or mine, he would not pay the second half until everything was completed to our satisfaction. The installer did an amazing job and he even found an issue with some dry rotted wood from water getting into the top part of the garage door but it was not the garage door itself. We need to hire another company to fix this they left the materials behind to come back when the wood gets replaced to install the edge material around the outside of the door. I can see why they have a 4.9 star review on Google because the work they did was outstanding also everyone is extremely professional and knowledgeable. The new garage doors look beautiful and it is amazing on how quiet everything works. Thank you to Carson and the installer I apologize I don’t remember his name but he is extremely good at his job, both of them are. When someone asks about getting their garage door fixed or replaced we will definitely send them your way. Keep up the excellent work.

Dustin came out to repair a fraying torsion cable and perform a commercial tune-up on both of my bay doors. He was kind, courteous, efficient and came out the day after I had called. Dustin also made sure to identify and take time to show me areas on my bay doors that need to be cleaned and lubed quarterly in order to minimize future problems. I should mention, Elite also performed the installation of both my bay doors when I built my shop. I couldn't ask for better service, which in turn helps me serve my own customers as best I can through preventive maintenance. Thank you!

Super easy to schedule a free repair estimate on the website, which was a major plus! Elite came for the estimate yesterday and then did the repair today. Reasonable pricing, friendly service, clear communication, reliability, and efficiency— exactly the kind of service I look for in a business!

GREAT!!! Highly recommended!
One of the tension springs in our small non conventional garage broke. They came on the spot at no cost to check and provided different alternatives for fixing the problem (with pricing for each fix). Based on the first impression I had, I decided a few minutes after they left that I want them to come and do the fix. I called them right away, and they were able to find time on the same day! which was great for me as it was just before the weekend.
The job was done with a lot of attention to details and with a wonderful attitude. They also came back a few days after to make some minor adjustments that were needed, given the unique structure of our garage, at no additional cost and with a smile 😃
I would definitely use their service again when needed!

We decided to go with Elite garage doors due to the quality of their doors and openers. They also offered a very nice bundle discount that put them as the clear top option out of all of the quotes I received. We had a double and single door replaced along with two openers. Kevin and his crew showed up right on time and they had everything completed and cleaned up in just about 3 hours! Would highly recommended Elite Garage Door!
