Matt and Dustin were intelligent and knowledgeable about my garage door opener. I’ve used ELITE Garage Door a few times over the years and have always had fast service and outstanding work. This time was for a spring that broke on my commercial opener, and within a day the spring was replaced. And I opted for a new motor. The workers didn’t leave until they demonstrated the new setup and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company

Now had two great interactions with Elite Garage Door. Years ago we had some components replaced to get our door back up and running and recently had full door replacement. Both times they responded quickly and were able to come out same or next day. Friendly, informative, no-nonsense interactions. Reasonably priced and high quality materials and workmanship.

Sean was great as always. I had them out just under a year ago after a cable brok. I had an issue with my garage today and They came out the same day and even though it might not have been under warranty because they were not sure if it was because of the parts they previously replaced, he still took care of everything at no charge.. would continue to recommend them

Kevin did an amazing job! The price was fair and the quality of work was exceptional. They showed up on the early end of the window and completed our opener install very fast. I’d recommend them 100%, especially for Braham and surrounding areas.

Kevin did an awesome job at my house in North St. Paul. The door is beautiful and as far as I’m concerned Elite is the best company out there. Thank you for doing such great work! I love the color too!

Kevin and his teammate arrived right on time, very happy and ready to work. They warned me about the noise, but they were actually pretty quiet, and done very quickly with absolutely no mess! They took time to explain how the opener will work and made sure I had what I needed for remotes, documentation, and resources. They even had fun with the dogs. Would HIGHLY recommend for service and products!

They came out within an hour of me calling and gave me an estimate. Within 3 hours I had a new door and tracks installed. I really appreciated the fast service since my old door was ruined the night before and couldn’t be closed. Also, I had a crooked door frame and unlevel slab, so not an easy job in my opinion, but the installer did a great job. This was my second time having a new door installed at different homes. Top notch installation both times.

Elite installed two garage doors, changes out the tracks and garage door opening system.. They were punctual and despite it taking a lot longer than they expected (due to an old garage,) they stayed until the job was done. They even came out a few weeks later to help with a warranty issue and showed up within twenty minutes of calling. They are truly a fantastic crew.

Carson was great! He called before he arrived was professional, thorough and very polite. He was unfortunately unable to fix our brand new garage door opener as it’s a dud from the manufacturer. He gave us great advice and I have now convinced my husband into buying new garage doors (we previously discussed it but that was the nail in the coffin so to speak)!!! HAHA
In all seriousness, he was great, he gave me quotes, information on new garage doors and openers, his business card and steel door samples to pick out our new doors and took all measurements before he left so all we have to do is pick our doors!

They were quick to come out and assess the problem. Very knowledgeable staff and clear about the whole process to repair our garage door. Once parts were in, they got out to fix the door in a very timely manner. They did a great job!! We’ve used them in the past for a few things. I highly recommend them!!
